The product
How much creatine is in a serving?
Three gummies provide a label serving of 5g of creatine monohydrate. Each pouch contains 90 gummies and 30 servings. The first production batch report is not yet published.
How do the pouch sizes compare?
One pouch contains 90 gummies: 30 servings. Two pouches provide 60 servings and three provide 90. The product page shows the current total and price per day for each option.
Ingredients
How much sugar is in it?
TrueBatch is sugar free, with 0g total sugars. It is sweetened with maltitol syrup and glycerin. Like other sugar alcohols, very large amounts of maltitol may cause digestive discomfort.
Are these gummies vegan?
Yes. TrueBatch uses pectin rather than gelatin.
Why use pectin instead of gelatin?
Pectin is the gummy-forming ingredient in the current TrueBatch formula. It provides a plant-based alternative to gelatin.
Does sugar free mean there are no sweeteners?
No. TrueBatch has 0g total sugars and uses maltitol syrup and glycerin. Sugar free does not mean sweetener free. Very large amounts of maltitol may cause digestive discomfort.

How many gummies do I take?
Three a day — one serving, exactly 5.0g of creatine. Each resealable pouch holds 90 gummies: a full 30-day supply.
When will I feel it working?
