Refund policy

Every TrueBatch order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

How it works

Email admin@truebatch.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Because our gummies are an ingestible product, we do not accept physical returns for safety and quality-control reasons — please do not ship anything back. There are no return shipping fees and no restocking fees.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one order per customer and applies to purchases made on truebatch.co. Orders placed through external retailers or marketplaces are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; canceling does not cancel an order that has already been processed. Individual subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After that your order may already be processing; the 30-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
