Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum.

Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Delivery: standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States only.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email admin@truebatch.co and we'll resolve it — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Address changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering; after that the package may already be on its way.
