TrueBatch products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Our products are intended for use by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and descriptions of our products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
6. Subscriptions and Renewals
If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select (e.g., every 30 days) at the then-current subscription price, and your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by emailing admin@truebatch.co. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; canceling does not cancel an order that has already been processed. We will send a reminder before each renewal where required by applicable law.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, including orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store and to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites over which we neither monitor nor have any control. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term of these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our policies posted on this Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
19. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased through the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey or, at your election, by remote proceedings. YOU AND TRUEBATCH EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing admin@truebatch.co within 30 days of your first purchase.
20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemic, or disruptions to transportation or communications infrastructure.
21. California Consumer Notice
